2. Natural Stone Variations

Our products consist of 100% natural stone surfaces (including Slate, Marble, Sandstone, Translucent sheets, and 3D Panels). Because natural stone features unique mineral veins, chromatic shifts, and cleft topographies:

• Sample kits and catalogue images serve as general reference guidelines rather than exact replicas of subsequent production lots.
• Minor variations in texture, color density, and thickness calibration are inherent characteristics of natural geological formations.

3. B2B Quotations & Orders

All commercial quotes issued by JK Flex Stone are valid for the timeframe specified in the formal quotation document. Acceptance of a quotation requires a confirmed purchase order and adherence to agreed payment terms (typically involving advance deposits and Letter of Credit or wire transfer protocols for international shipments).

4. Global Shipping & Export Terms

As a global exporter based in Rajasthan, India:

• Shipments are packed in certified fumigated wooden crates designed to protect ultra-thin flexible sheets during international transit.
• Delivery timelines, Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF), and port-of-destination responsibilities are explicitly defined per individual contract agreement.
• Clients are responsible for local customs clearance, import duties, and regional compliance standards upon arrival at the destination port.

5. Intellectual Property

All content featured on the JK Flex Stone website and digital specifications library—including brand logos, product nomenclature (e.g., Arctic Marble, Panda White, Autumn Rustic), graphic assets, and layout code—is the exclusive intellectual property of JK Flex Stone and protected under applicable copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

JK Flex Stone shall not be held liable for structural failures, improper adhesive application, or mishandling of stone veneer sheets during third-party installation. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or reimbursement of verified defective material lots supplied directly from our manufacturing facility.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or trade arbitrations arising from commercial transactions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
